AAC Block Plant Machinery and Manufacturing Solutions by Powerol – AAC Plant Manufacturer India

AAC Block Plant Machinery Manufacturer & Supplier in India

Powerol is an AAC plant manufacturer in India. We design, build and commission complete AAC block plant machinery, covering every machine in the AAC block production line from raw material preparation to autoclave curing and finished block handling. Our plants have been commissioned for multiple AAC block manufacturers across India

Every Powerol AAC plant runs on POWEROL AAC 4.0, our manufacturing execution system (MES). It gives you real-time production monitoring, maintenance alerts and ERP integration for sales orders and production schedules on one platform. It is available in every configuration, from small block factories to high-capacity AAC production lines.

Whether you are setting up your first AAC plant or expanding an existing unit, tell us your target capacity, raw material and location. Our engineers will recommend a configuration that fits.

What Machinery Is Included in Powerol’s AAC Block Plant?

Powerol’s AAC block plant machinery covers the complete workflow, from raw material preparation and slurry mixing to autoclave curing and finished block handling. Each section is engineered for high output, low downtime and consistent block quality over long production runs.

  •     Raw Material Section: High-capacity ball mills grind fly ash and sand, and twin-output agitators keep the slurry uniform so every block holds its dimensions.
  •     Steel Mesh Line: An automatic twin-line with patented polymer-coated mesh gives corrosion-resistant reinforcement, so you can make load-bearing AAC panels alongside standard blocks.
  •     Batching and Mixing Section: A homogeneous mixer design with a low cycle time gives fast, accurate batching and consistent mix ratios in every pour.
  •     Mould Preparation (new bullet): A mould preparation system readies each mould for casting so cycle times stay steady.
  •     Cutting Section: Servo-controlled cutters with auto-adjustment cut precise block sizes to IS 2185 and EN 771 standard, with fewer off-cuts and less waste.
  •     Autoclave Section: A horizontal and vertical 3-cake design with hydraulic opening and a triple-redundant safety control panel gives safe, high-throughput curing with minimal operator intervention.

Block Handling and Palletising (new bullet): Handling machinery moves cured blocks to palletising and dispatch

How an AAC Block Production Line Works

An AAC production line turns fly ash or sand, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminium powder into lightweight, autoclaved blocks and panels. In a Powerol plant the line runs in six stages:

  1.     Grinding and slurry preparation: Ball mills grind fly ash or sand to the required fineness, and agitators keep the slurry uniform.
  2.     Batching and mixing: Materials are dosed to the mix design, and aluminium powder is added as the foaming agent.
  3.     Casting and rising: The mix is poured into prepared moulds, where it rises and sets into a soft cake.
  4.     Cutting: Servo-controlled cutters slice the cake into block and panel sizes.
  5.     Autoclave curing: Cut cakes are cured under steam pressure, which gives AAC its strength.
  6.     Handling and palletising: Cured blocks are separated, palletised and moved to the stacking yard.

Reinforced panels and lintels pass through the steel mesh line before casting. Because we supply every section as one coordinated line, the machines are matched in output and no single section holds back production.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs on Precast Concrete Machinery Cost and Precast Plant Setup in India – Powerol
What is an AAC plant?
An AAC plant is a complete factory line that makes autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and panels, from raw material grinding to autoclave curing and palletising.
What is an AAC block production line?
It is the connected sequence of machines that grinds raw materials, mixes and casts the slurry, cuts the cake, cures it in an autoclave and palletises the blocks.

What AAC products can Powerol’s plant machinery produce?
Standard blocks from 600×200×75 mm to 600×200×300 mm, reinforced panels and lintels, depending on your mould and cutting setup.
What sections does a complete Powerol AAC plant include?
Seven sections (raw material, steel mesh line, batching and mixing, mould preparation, cutting, autoclave, and handling and palletising) plus the POWEROL AAC 4.0 MES.
What raw materials does an AAC block plant need?
Fly ash or sand, cement, lime, gypsum and aluminium powder, and our ball mills can grind either fly ash or sand.
Does Powerol provide installation and commissioning?
Yes, our team handles assembly, commissioning, a supervised trial run and operator training before handover.
How do I get a quotation for an AAC plant?
